Art Class Terms and Conditions: The Little Art Studio

1. Booking and Enrolment

Confirmation: Your place in a class is only confirmed once full payment is received.

Waiting Lists: If a class is full, you may join a waiting list. We will contact you in order of signup if a spot becomes available.

2. Fees and Payments

Fees must be paid in advance via our online booking system or in the studio by cash or card.

For term-based classes, fees are non-refundable once the term has commenced.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Studio Cancellations: If we cancel a class due to teacher illness or low enrolment, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a different date.

If your child can not attend a class, you will be offered an alternative date where possible. Please note, classes are non- refundable.

4. Health and Safety

Attendance: Please do not attend (or send your child) if you are unwell or showing symptoms of a contagious illness.

Attire: Art is messy! While we provide aprons, The Little Art Studio is not responsible for damage to clothing or personal items.

5. Medical Conditions and Allergies

Parents/Guardians must disclose any allergies (e.g., latex, nuts, specific pigments) or medical conditions at the time of booking.

In the event of a medical emergency, you authorize The Little Art Studio to seek professional medical treatment for your child if you cannot be reached.

6. Photography and Promotional Use

We frequently take photos of students’ work and students "in action" for use on our website and social media. Photography consent will be taken at the time of booking.

7. Data Protection

Your personal information is stored securely in accordance with our Data Protection Policy. We will never sell your details to third parties.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Little Art Studio takes all reasonable care to ensure a safe environment. However, we are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property occurring on the premises, except where such loss is caused by our proven negligence.
